Progress of the Week - May Week 4
Welcome back to another weekly blog as always! We are proud this time to anounce you one of the biggest steps forward we made in a week! Let's start, shall we?
What we did last week: The Rise of Hackon: We scratched our stuff back together, which we had done a long time ago. Some lost stuff got to its place where it belonged. We also worked on the script. We have the idea how to continue now. No, really. We have. The main idea only has to be written down now and it isn't an easy task to do either. We did write about 280 words more to the script. (with typos ._.) Let's say I was more active last week on this game project. This week I started coding in our game. The coded event was the first NPC you will come across in this game, The Stranger. The dialogues were written weeks ago so I thought: ''Why the hell don't we start making progress in this game?''. Then I did. After almost two hours work the dialog is finished now. I really tried to detail it and hopefully it is detailed enough. It still needs some twitching and fixing, though. Next up I edited Kerem's Item drawing, Kniv. Well I didn't do much working on it. Just maybe 5 minutes of coloring. The work isn't even worth to mention it... (but I do it anyway...) The last thing I did was, as mentioned before, writing the majority of the script. Kerem gave me the base idea and brightened our main game jokes up. Huge thanks for that aswell. Kerem sent me te stuff I was mising this week. We also found the Item, Kniv drawing of him he drew a few weeks ago. Monster JRPG: Yes, you read it right. We started a new game project. It will also need tons of work on Graphics-Designing, but we are prepared this time. We already have a good number of monsters that will be added into the game, but we don't know how many there will be added more. One good thing is that Kerem had the focus on Monster JRPG this week more than on The Rise of Hackon. He drew our first monster in this entire project, Gravity. To see the picture of it, scroll down. I didn't do much on this project, because I wanted to progress on The Rise of Hackon more. All I did was drawing the eye of my Monster-Creation, Rasckato. The eye screenshot I (insert bad pun in here) uploaded was this one. You also can check it out, just scroll down untill you find the post, if you are reading this in our page.
What we will do untill next week: The Rise of Hackon: We will continue working on what we promised last week. Monster JRPG: Working on the drawings
Thanks for reading and supporting us in the same time! We love to see people actually seeing this post, which motivates us more! Last of all, thanks for staying with us. Sincerely, Emre (still the shitty-blog-writer)
